Jordan (Drago Sumonja) is the best pickpocket in Los Angeles. He recently took on a young apprentice or “staller” (Kelly Cohen) to teach her the ropes and to use her as a distraction for his “lifts.” When his latest victim, an attractive young woman names Sarah (Jennifer Morrison) walks into a twenty-four hour diner, he simply has to talk to her. To Jordan, she’s a “mark” – but they have more in common than either may realize.
